As the Sunrays gently remove the thick layers of darkness on the first Monday of the New Year and the pleasantness of the winter provides the serenity, it is the ideal time for a 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (the year that has been) and 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (the year that is going to be)!
2024
Revenue growth on a consistent basis powered by Increase in Long term engagements. Starting with Asia (2022) and Europe (2023), we have gained projects in North America (2024). The trust that we have established and the quality of our deliverables have brought New Projects from Existing Customers. Having job creation as a goal, we are delighted that we have moved to full-time employment and onboarding of employees.
As 𝐭𝐞𝐜𝐡𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐨𝐠𝐲 𝐜𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐫𝐢𝐜 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐚𝐧𝐲, we have been building Technology Expertise that is hands-on. Our Talent Acquisition has been giving us the firepower required to close positions. Partnership Ecosystem has been expanding at a significant pace giving thrust to our focus areas such as Data Engineering, Product Engineering and Techno advisory. Partnering with CFO Bridge, we proudly launched our second venture CTO Bridge offering technology leadership on fractional and interim basis.
With a strong bond with Project Management Institute Chennai Chapter, we were sponsors of the Energizer module (a Social Cause) during the PMI Sangamam. We have laid a strong foundation in Industry Academia Relationship by means of series of talks on Entrepreneurship and Nation Building across many Leading Institutions. We were sponsors of the AI Zypher event at SRM IST Chennai. We delivered a special talk to the Youth members of NHRD Chennai Chapter as well as played the role of the Jury during their prestigious Welcon conference. The awareness and visibility of brand Yashmia has been gaining consistent momentum and we are all set to cross 2500+ followers in LinkedIn shortly.
2025
FY25 will see a multi-fold increase from FY24. We remember the “Power of the exponential” beautifully brought by a Story involving Chess Board! When the inventor of the game of Chess was offered by the King to choose his reward, he sought one grain of wheat in the first square, two in the second, four in the third and so on. The king was bewildered and thought that it was a minor ask, until he realized the mammoth numbers that were swelling with each square! We are ambitious of expanding in Africa and Australia with projects.
The sharp Focus on Customer Success would be the driving force. The emphasis would be on Product Engineering, Data Engineering, Tech Advisory, Program/Project Management with a continued deepening of the Technical expertise.
As we build Industry Academia initiatives, we will strive to do Women Empowerment Projects. The launch of our website 2.0, an expanded and enriched version will portray all what we aspire and all what we do!
