When Hepzibah Kathryn T from NHRD Chennai Chapter dialed me a few weeks ago and invited to be amongst the jury panel for selecting the winners in different categories (Institution, Innovation, Individual) who have made significant contribution towards employee wellness, I did not fathom the depth of the assignment 😊

That I got to know when the list of submissions were shared for review and assessment 😀 The efforts taken by organizations across the spectrum towards the holistic well-being of their employees was heartwarming and praiseworthy 👏 Appreciate NHRD Chennai for instituting these awards, especially the one for organizations under the name of late 𝐃𝐫 𝐏 𝐕 𝐑 𝐌𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐡𝐲, a doyen in the HR field. It was great to be interacting with other panelists Kasturi Cotha Deepa Prabhakaran Mahesh N

It was indeed special to receive the memento on stage from Sujith Kumar in the presence of Subramaniam Badrinath and J Kabilan
