on Thu 27th Mar 2025 was an amazing event with 400+ students participating.
It was indeed a privilege to stand beside the 𝐆𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐡𝐢 𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐞 (photo attached) where Mahatma Gandhi sat and addressed the staff and students in 1934.
A cute little Robot welcomed us to the exhibition area where 15 pairs of young minds were showcasing their tech prowess applied to different fields viz. social, agricultural, safety etc. A special cheers to the students 👏
“𝐀𝐈-𝐏𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐍𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 : 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐞𝐬 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐒𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐨𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐫𝐨𝐰” was the theme on which I shared my thoughts to the youngsters. The venue was a nice Open Air stadium, prompting me to play with the words that it is the ideal place because Open AI is already there (with R going for Responsible)! The Open AI not referring to the organization but “𝐛𝐞 𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐈” as well as be inquisitive to “𝐎𝐩𝐞𝐧” 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐀𝐈 😊
It was a great pleasure interacting with and listening to the Chief Guest Balaraman Ravindran (Indian Institute of Technology, Madras) and the co-speakers Laxminarayanan G, Swaraj Verja, Ashwat Mahendran 🙌
The special lunch served with love and care on the traditional plantain leaf made us a bit irresponsible in terms of our consumption 😄
