Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to help grow our business by identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the sales and marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
- Generate leads via LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calls, and other digital platforms.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and pitch services/products to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
- Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate and timely information.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a BDE or similar role in IT/services (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in international lead generation (US, UK, Middle East markets).
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Upwork/Freelancer platforms.
